Dan Elliot19/12/2019Buy this book. Lend it to a friend and buy another copy. It’s that good. At some point, perhaps thousands of years from now, possibly in some planet of the Apes alternative future the work of Andy Screen will see him revered as a God. Why wait until then, get in early that’s my motto. This tome of saucy ramblings brings together the best of Old School tattoo style, WW2 aeroplane nose art and the sensibilities of Donald McGill on MDMA and is a celebration of Andys humour and incredible eye for design as well as his exemplary penship. This is the legend behind the Golden Rivet brand and the cover illustrator for the now essential Bootneck trilogy. I wish I had more money as I’d buy everything he does at least twice and maybe even keep him in my shed. Do yourself a massive, massive favour and buy this.Amazon rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 1 reviews
